Who handles the data

Contact form

When you write to us through the form we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it) and message, to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is answering your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data for up to 24 months, unless you become a client.

Couples' private pages

For wedding pages we process the films and the data needed for access (code, encrypted passwords) on behalf of the client, under the service contract. The pages are not indexed by search engines and are visible only to people with the code and password. We use a single technical cookie, needed to stay signed in.

This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools and no external services: even the fonts are hosted by us. For security, the server logs technical data about visits (IP address, page, date), kept for a limited time.

Where the data is stored

On a server in Germany (European Union). We do not sell or pass on data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it by writing to info@nostromatrimonio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
